Dr. Rick Hittner
Dr. Rick Hittner D.V.M. is a 1993 graduate of the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. During his last year of study at the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine teaching hospital, he concentrated his studies and developed his proficiency in all aspects of small animal care.
Dr. Hittner moved to Ft. Smith to enter small animal exclusive practice in 1994, took over Arkansas Veterinary Clinic in 2006, and built the current hospital location in 2010.
Dr. Hittner’s goals in practice, are to provide your family member with the highest quality medical, dental, and surgical care possible. He strives to do this in a family-oriented atmosphere making your visit as comfortable as possible.
In his off time, his hobbies are anything outdoors, competitive Natural Bodybuilding, and riding his motorcycles.
He resides in Ft. Smith with his youngest child, 2 dogs and a cat.
Erin Sanders Very Attentive .Erin Sanders has been our 6 1/2 month practice. Erin Sanders studied at Hevner High School I enjoy providing he care animals need on a daily basis. my goal is to make the visit here as stress free as possible
On my free time, Erin Sanders do school work. Erin Sanders just recently got into veterinary Technician school. So Erin Sanders spend my free time doing school work and spending time with my animals
Michelle joined the Arkansas team just 4 weeks ago! She enjoys being able to get people’s pets the care that they need. Pets are apart of her family and she wants to make the experience of going to the vet as stress fee as possible. In her free time, Michelle rides four-wheelers, goes fishing, hiking, sight-seeing, traveling, listens to music, and hangs out with her friends.
Codi has been apart of the Arkansas team for the past 3 years. Codi prides themself in their quick paced yet thorough care. Codi treats each pet that comes in as if they are their own! Outside of the hospital, Codi enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new things.
